Many TV and radio personalities attended the Television and Radio Industries Club (TRIC) Awards, which took place at in London earlier this month.

Some celebrities wore stunningly bright dresses, while others opted for the black-and-white trend. A number of lace dresses stood out, proving that lace is here to stay for at least a little while longer.

Let’s take a look at 10 of our favorite looks from the awards ceremony (not listed in any particular order).

1. Aliona Vilani in one-shoulder cutout dress

Professional dancer Aliona Vilani wore a mini dress that features a one-shoulder cutout and a pleated miniskirt in a contrasting color. She paired it with black tights and caged platform sandals. The look was sexy, although I would probably replace her shoes with pumps or a more modern pair of sandals.

2. Catherine Tyldesley in black and white dress

English actress and model Catherine Tyldesley was a fab gal in black and white. The puffed sleeves and the edgy cutouts on her dress, which fell just below her knees, presented a modern look. However, her curly locks and red lips suggested a classic one.

3. Helen Flanagan in Victoria Beckham dress

Here’s Helen Flanagan in a black lace outfit. The English actress and model looked cute and, at the same time, a little dramatic in her black outfit. It’s actually a Victoria Beckham dress that features a long-sleeved lace top and a satin skirt with inverted pleating at the front. I love how Helen wore this piece and how she paired it with statement-making Charlotte Olympia pumps.

4. Lizzie Cundy in crisp white sleeveless dress

Lizzie Cundy looked elegant in a clean and crisp white sleeveless dress. It’s simple, but she managed to look hot, and those studded white pumps made her even hotter.

5. Nazaneen Ghaffar in yellow tiered dress

Nazaneen Ghaffar, a British television weather presenter, chose to wear a striking yellow tiered dress. A summery dress is not really the kind that celebrities wear at a red carpet event, but it was all good because she looked really bright and cheery in it. Her shoes were also interesting, and they perfectly matched her dress.

6. Georgia May Foote in blue sleeveless dress

Georgia May Foote wore a stunning blue sleeveless dress, which showed off her curves. It has a simple design, but the bold color makes up for it. The British actress paired it with pink Carvela pumps, which also matched the color of her lips.

7. Laura Hamilton in pink tube dress

Pretty in pink (and black) was television presenter Laura Hamilton. We’re not sure, though, if she was in a one-piece dress or if she was wearing a pink tube dress with a black sequined top. Whatever it was, she definitely looked younger here.

8. Jessica Wright in body-hugging lace frock

Her relatively modest-cut dress may have hidden her cleavage, but Jessica Wright still managed to show off her curves in that body-hugging lace frock. She also looked polished in her updo, although I think her orange-painted nails were a bit off. Finishing her look were her glittery heels and nude clutch.

9. Ashley Roberts in Antipodium “Pixel” dress

Here’s a printed fit-and-flare dress that would look perfect for spring. Former Pussycat Dolls member Ashley Roberts donned an Antipodium “Pixel” dress that features an unusual animal-print design (well, it’s believed to have a tiger byte illustration). This dress also has a contrast pink back. Ashley finished her look with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin heels.

10. Natalie Gumede in form-fitting dress

Natalie Gumede’s dress is personally one of my favorites. It’s a McQ Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2013 form-fitting dress that features an interesting butterfly and camo print. Natalie paired it with bright blue pumps for a pop of chic contrast.
