Designed by Veronica Basharatyan, a young Russian designer, the dress is the epitome of the modern woman. The top is cropped and shows a bit of Nicole’s midriff while the skirt sits high on the waist. It’s a nice modern outfit that easy to transition from day to night. It’s also easy to accessorize!
