I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Rita Ora’s fashion sense, but I love her music. Plus, she occasionally pulls looks that are elegant enough to surprise you.

However, I find her quite entertaining to watch most of the time. She reminds me a little of Rihanna mixed with a bit of Gwen Stefani, especially when she wears completely overboard pieces.

Take, for example, the multicolored dress she wore to the MOBO Awards just a few days ago.

The dress, reportedly by Alexander McQueen, featured layers and layers of tulle fashioned with floral appliqué all over. It’s not exactly what you’d call understated or sophisticated, but somehow, she pulled it off without looking overly theatrical.

“In memory of the legend McQueen! LETS GO HAVE SOME FUN!! Wish me luck!! #mobos,” she tweeted during the event.

How do you like Rita’s Alexander McQueen dress? Do you think it suits her? Does she look fabulous in it, or is it a total fail? I say she looks very much like… well, Rita. Besides, she wouldn’t be such a phenom without her unconventional way of dressing.

We can’t find Rita’s dress online, but if you’re feeling the frou-frou costume-inspired style and you can afford a McQueen, consider these creations:
