British singer Myleene Klass sure is quite visible these days. The TV presenter is promoting her new book, Things to Make and Do with Children, which you can buy on Amazon.

We’re not exactly sure if the book (promotion) had anything to do with her appearance yesterday, but she certainly earned a good amount of publicity for it — thanks to her racy red outfit for the event.

They had red bottoms, but they were not Louboutins.

We saw her wear the same pair as she left ITV Studios in London the previous day. Can you guess where Myleene got her hot red heels?

We can’t officially confirm it, but the shoes resemble Saint Laurent’s red-soled ‘Tribtoo’ pumps. Do you agree?

Christian Louboutin sued Saint Laurent (formerly YSL) in 2011 for allegedly copying his red-sole mark, claiming it infringed on his trademark for high-heeled shoes with lacquered red soles.

The U.S. District Court initially denied Louboutin’s request for a preliminary injunction to stop the sale of YSL’s red-soled shoes, ruling that a single color could not be trademarked in the fashion industry. However, in 2012, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed part of that decision.

The appeals court agreed that Louboutin’s red sole trademark was valid and entitled to trademark protection but also ruled that the protection was limited to situations where the red sole contrasted with the upper part of the shoe. Therefore, YSL could continue selling its monochromatic red shoes, where both the soles and the uppers are red because they did not infringe on Louboutin’s trademark.

Red Saint Laurent ‘Tribtoo’ pumps with red soles are hard to come by today (the collection was released in 2011).

And while we’re at it, feel free to grab some red-soled Saint Laurent sandals. These buttery red sexy ‘Tribute’ t-straps are tall with 5.75-inch heels, but we trust you can easily handle that. If you cannot, a shorter version is also available.
