Showing off an ear tattoo inked onto the antihelix of her right ear, Miley Cyrus left little to the imagination in a sheer black dress as she joined Jennifer Lopez at the Tom Ford Autumn/Winter 2015 presentation at Milk Studios in Los Angeles.
“I have ‘Love’ right here to block out all the crap that everyone throws into your ears…I don’t really care about it. [You’re] only supposed to hear the things coming from the people that genuinely love you,” she told Access about her “LOVE” tattoo on the inside of her right ear that you can see in the below photo.

“There’s so much negativity in the world and what you only need to hear is all the love. People try to say to me, ‘I just heard someone say this or that about you,’ and I just ignore it because it’s irrelevant. Love is what makes the world go around, and that’s all we need to focus on,” she revealed to E! News about her ear tattoo. Getting your ears inked can reportedly be an extremely painful experience.
The 22-year-old singer donned a risque sheer vintage-inspired black gown from Tom Ford featuring lace and floral embroidery.

Despite the revealing outfit, she somehow managed to look a lot classier than many of the other celebrities that attended the same fashion show that evening.
