In July 2011, the country singer was spotted attending the 2011 ESPY Pre-Party with her hubby, Eddie Cibrian. For the event, LeAnn chose to wear a skin-tight, slightly shirred, white cutout number that did little to hide her diminishing frame:

Her ‘Blake’ draped neck dress with side cutouts is from one of my favorite brands – Boulee. I am quite thankful that she chose to wear the white version because had it been the black one (it comes in black and blue), she would have looked even thinner.
