It looks like Kyemah McEntyre is quickly filling up her client list. The 18-year-old student, who went viral after pictures of her prom dress surfaced, designed her first-ever red carpet gown for Naturi Naughton.
The Power actress wanted a dress similar to Naturi’s fierce African-inspired prom gown, so she contacted Kyemah to make her one for the BET Awards.

Naturi rocked the Nubian Queen look on the red carpet and showcased Kyemah’s gorgeous dress featuring a trumpet flare silhouette, bold tribal patterns, and a sexy cutout side and back.
Keeping the focus on the dress, Naturi toned down her jewelry and kept her hair in a lovely braided updo.
This is definitely one of the standout looks of the night, and credit is given to the talented young lady behind it, who was once bullied and called ugly but decided to rise above it all to showcase her talent. Naturi was also a great muse to debut Kyemah’s first red carpet dress!
