There’s a reason it’s called “royal blue.” Those reigning always seem to look fabulous in the color! Everyone’s favorite princess of this generation, Kate Middleton, visited the Royal International Air Tattoo with Prince Charles and Prince George. It is the world’s largest military airshow. The handsome family wore color-coordinated white and blue outfits.
While both princes looked dashing in their uniformed ensembles, Kate was lovely in a structured Stella McCartney blue dress. The ‘Ridley’ stretch cady dress features a polished look that’s perfect for a princess’ casual day out. This is not really the first time Kate has worn this frock. We all know that she is quite fond of recycling her clothes, which is definitely admirable. We last saw her wearing this same dress four years ago, when she watched an Olympic tennis match at Wimbledon.
To add more structure to the blue dress, she paired it with one of her favorite blue blazers from Smythe and a pair of nude LK Bennett “Florete” nappa leather pumps. She finished the look with a dainty headband to keep her long locks out of her face during the windy day.
