The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate, let loose a little on their visit to the remote Island Nation of Tuvalu, the final stop of their Diamond Jubilee Tour.

The two were invited to join in on the island’s traditional welcome dance called the Fatele. The Royal Couple both gamely donned grass skirts and shook their hips to the beat, but it was clear who had a natural rhythm between them.

It was Kate Middleton, of course; neither Prince William nor his father, Prince Charles, were ever known for being dancers.

Kate clearly enjoyed herself and kept dancing long after her husband had sat down. She looked good doing it, too in this cream chiffon maxi dress with red and taupe border embroidery details:

I wish we could see the whole dress on Kate without the grass skirt, but you can tell she looks elegant and regal in it (as always).

Kate Middleton’s dress is this ‘Beatrice’ maxi dress from Alice by Temperley:

It has a keyhole detail fastened by a gold button at the chest. Kate Middleton has been preferring dresses with these types of loose sleeves lately, doesn’t she?
