The poofy white dress, accentuated with two black-striped bands, sparked major buzz all over the web, inspiring memes and spoofs on several social media sites.

While wearing the now-infamous dress, Jennifer also pulled a stunt on the red carpet that made us love her even more.

The new trend has even earned a name — “lawrencing,” which refers to how aspiring J. Laws recreate the Golden Globes look with household items like bed sheets, duvet covers, and electrical tape.
