Celine Dion’s captivating Stephane Rolland look at this year’s Billboard Music Awards combined her dramatic flair and timeless style. She exuded sheer elegance as she delivered a powerhouse performance of “My Heart Will Go On” to commemorate the 20th anniversary of “Titanic.”

The French-Canadian singer definitely knows how to put on a show, as evidenced by her previous impressive 2017 Met Gala look. This time, she turned heads in a dramatic white gown from Stephane Rolland’s Spring 2017 couture collection.

The form-fitting crepe dress featured an embellished bodice and a plunging neckline with a sheer illusion panel. It also had long sleeves, a floor-length skirt and a sweeping train. But the best part about her gown was the sculptural shoulders that added a modern element to this classic silhouette. She finished off her look with a loose updo, shimmery eye makeup and glossy nude lips.
