Newly-engaged Ashley Tisdale attended the premiere of the fourth season of ‘The Walking Dead’ with as much enthusiasm as a zombie who has spotted a warm-blooded living person. The Disney homegrown put her usual boho-woman-meets-the-city flair into her outfit, which is a vast improvement over her last red carpet dress ensemble, flashing rather conservative smiles for the cameras.

Ashley chose a cathedral-print dress (some kind of religious reference to the undead, perhaps?) from Sam & Lavi, which looked very much like something her gal pal and fellow Disney star, Vanessa Hudgens, would wear on a daily basis. The blonde beauty paired her dress with silver-buckled black patent leather booties, silver accessories, a red-orange purse, and a light blue rosary necklace to polish her look.

There are just dresses that are gorgeous per se but just isn’t for the person who is wearing it – and we think this is one of those cases. Ashley Tisdale is a gorgeous girl with, based on what we’ve seen as her adoring public, a humble personality and a sense of humor to boot. We think that the boho chic look is a little lost on her, however, and would prefer her in more polished ensembles.

To get this cathedral-print dress, head on over to Bloomingdale’s.
