Angelina Jolie did not fail to steal the show at the 4th Annual Women in the World Summit honoring Malala Yousafzai, the 14-year-old girl who was shot in Pakistan. The 37-year-old actress introduced a video message from the Pakistani schoolgirl and has also donated $200,000 to the Malala Fund.
In an open letter published last year, she stated that “I felt compelled to share Malala’s story with my children. It was difficult for them to comprehend a world where men would try to kill a child whose only “crime” was the desire that she and others like her be allowed to go to school.
For the occasion, Angelina donned a mud-colored maxi dress and a black georgette cape from the Saint Laurent Spring 2013 collection.

The dress seemed unflattering at first. Its mud color is boring and plain, and the tassels that dangle at the front make it look like a curtain. However, there was something about her and that dress that made the whole look gorgeous. She was like a queen from the past.
The actress’ black floor-length cape was as loose-fitting as the dress, but it amped up the regal vibe. Maybe the cape could do without all the tassels, though?
