This year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards was filled with a variety of glorious red carpet looks. Below are some of the standout dresses from the event:

1. Alicia Vikander

Fresh-faced and pretty, Alicia Vikander was a shining beauty in a Louis Vuitton gown featuring an edgy patchwork sequin design. She topped the look off with sparkling jewelry from the same brand, and wore a sleek, chic hairstyle.

2. Saoirse Ronan

Going with the pastel color of the year, Saoirse wore a pale pink dress from Michael Kors Collection. The lovely dress is decorated with beading and semi-sheer fabric. She kept her makeup and accessories minimal, and wore a slightly messy updo to offset the delicate dress.

6. Ellie Kemper

Ellie Kemper surprised us with a strapless Peter Pilotto dress that showcased a bold pattern and a textured design. While the unique style of Ellie’s gown is not something we see very often for red carpet events, the charming redhead managed to pull it off.
