We were pretty surprised and very impressed by the ladies at the 2015 People’s Choice Awards. The best dressed this year weren’t your usual candidates, but they definitely stole the show!

1. Stana Katic in Floral Dress

Castle star Stana Katic did more than just win the Favorite Crime Drama TV Actress award; she also won big on the red carpet.

The brunette beauty wore a stunning Carolina Herrera gown featuring a sheer organza overlay decorated with daisy appliqués that looked like they were trickling down the dress, from the bodice to the hem.

This Resort 2015 gown perfectly mixes a bit of whimsical detail with a glamorous silhouette.

2. Anna Faris in Flirty Dress

We rarely see Anna Faris on the best-dressed list, but she definitely did it right this time. The actress wore a flirty ensemble from Juan Carlos Obando’s Spring 2015 collection.

Showcasing the actress’ cleavage and toned arms, the white dress features a flirty ruffled peplum detail and an uneven hemline. Her sexy, wavy hair complemented the very appealing dress.

3. Sarah Hyland in Illusion Dress

Modern Family star Sarah Hyland rocked a stunning couture creation from the Spring 2015 collection of Christian Siriano. The gorgeous brocade illusion dress features crystal embellishments, adding more sparkle to the silver fabric.

Sarah styled the frock with matching silver accessories and a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals.

4. Katharine McPhee in Two-Tone Dress

The gorgeous Katharine McPhee shook things up with a show-stopping two-toned ensemble by Balmain. The two-piece dress features a crisscross halter top and a striped skirt.

With its cutout and keyhole detail, this black-and-white number showed off a lot of skin, but the singer/actress still looked sophisticated with her sleek hair in a bun, flawless makeup, and minimal jewelry. Katharine styled the sexy look with strappy Daniele Michetti sandals.

5. Portia de Rossi in Electric Blue Jumpsuit

There were a number of jumpsuits at the People’s Choice Awards this year, but Portia de Rossi’s electric blue Zuhair Murad jumpsuit was the best of them all.

The one-piece outfit has a sexy plunging neckline and a very modern geometric-line detail. We love it, especially with Portia’s cropped do. We only wish she could’ve worn strappy sandals instead of those cream-colored pumps.
