We were treated to countless stunning celebrity red carpet looks featuring long gowns in 2014.

Two of the labels that ruled the red carpet events last year were Atelier Versace and Elie Saab. From movie premieres to the Oscars, the hottest ladies of Hollywood had these designers on top of their lists.

1. Blake Lively in Gucci Première

Blake Lively showed everyone at the Cannes Film Festival how high-end glamour should be worn. The blonde was absolutely stunning in a floor-length Gucci Première full-pleated chiffon dress in a gorgeous burgundy color.

There were several beautiful Elie Saab moments in 2014, and Lily Collins’ magical ombre gown is definitely one of their highlights.

The To the Bone actress looked like a fairy tale princess as she wowed the crowd during the premiere of her film Love, Rosie in a lovely couture gown. Her retro-styled wavy bob and berry-hued lips made the look even more perfect.

Lupita Nyong’o was a breakout star in films and on the red carpet. She has worn the hottest labels, from Dior to Lanvin, but our favorite is the Cinderella-inspired ensemble that she wore at the Oscars.
