The British singer and X-Factor UK judge has been making quite a few daring fashion statements lately, and her gown for the semi-final live show of the season was no exception. She barely managed to avoid a nip slip wardrobe malfunction.

Rita Ora, 25, showed up for her judging duties in a stunning detailed deep-V maxi dress from Versace’s Fall 2015 collection.
Her sexy gown features sheer lavender fabric with similar-colored frills lining the neckline as well as the skirt.
The flared long sleeves, flowing skirt, and bold green and black peacock-like patterns give the dress a modern twist on 70’s boho, which looked incredible on the UK pop singer.

Though risqué fashion stunts are not new for the British talent, we think she did well by this elegant and funky couture gown.
Even with a neckline that passed her belly button and sheer fabric that showed her white underwear, the focus was easily shared between her near fully-exposed assets and the eye-catching designs and textures livening up the ensemble.

Ora chose a long and straight middle-parted ‘do, and light purple eye shadow to match her gown. We don’t always stand with her on her fashion choices, but with this one, we think she deserves some credit. Just hope she triples up on the tape the next time she takes a deep plunge, you can never be too careful these days.
