Rita Ora did her best to look smashing in a red dress at the 2015 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday in New York City.

She even posed with the designer himself, Tom Ford.

Unfortunately, she ended up disappointing fashion critics in a red gown that would have looked fabulous if not for the fur trim that made it look like a school project.

She styled the cheap-looking costume-y dress with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

This high-neckline dress would have looked much better without the fur lining. We wonder who decided to add it.
