Marion Cotillard is celebrated by her fans not just for her acting skills but also for her great taste in fashion. Lately, though, it seems that the French beauty has been down on her luck with her dress choices. Her last three looks on the red carpet were quite underwhelming.
Marion took a trip to Morocco to attend the 13th Marrakech International Film Festival. The actress donned three different dresses for the prestigious event.
Her first choice was an eclectic couture piece by Christian Dior. The quirky frock features a striped orange-and-blue inner with a navy blue asymmetrical tank dress. The layered look doesn’t translate as couture to me, though, but more like a casual day dress.

Unfortunately, Marion’s second dress choice was not much of an improvement. It was also a little surprising that Cotillard opted for a non-Dior dress because she has always favored Dior pieces on the red carpet. Her Preen floral dress looked a bit gaudy on such a formal event, and the long loose-fitting frock was really drowning her out.

Marion went back to Dior for the closing ceremony of the film festival. This dress choice is definitely an improvement from her first two ensembles, but we still think the black frock is underwhelming for someone as gorgeous as her. She could do way better, don’t you think?
