Maria Menounos, the gorgeous ‘Extra’ host, showed her support for the LGBT community as the grand marshal of the 2013 LA Gay Pride Festival. She had the perfect outfit for it, too: a rainbow-striped dress.

Technically a top and a separate skirt, the dress is ultimately sexy and cute at the same time. The top is a lovely structured bustier, while the skirt has a fit-and-flare style.
