The 44-year-old actress and comedian made a stunning fairytale-like entrance at the 89th annual Academy Awards in a billowing dress that seemed to pay homage to Belle from “Beauty in the Beast.” We have to commend the timing, since the remake of the Disney classic is due to appear in theaters soon.

Leslie’s voluminous chartreuse number is a Pre-Fall 2017 Zac Posen creation. The dress featured a strapless neckline with bow detailing, and a ruched waistband complemented with impressive draping. The full skirt of the gown featured a tucked-under hem.
Leslie even brought a bit of Disney Princess to her styling. She wore her hair in tousled waves, slicked on the pink lipstick and added some bling to her look with jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz.
Stylist Jessica Paster shared a photo of Leslie getting ready for the prestigious awards ceremony, and Zac Posen himself showed off a snap of Leslie’s red carpet moment.
Perhaps the best part of Leslie’s red carpet appearance was the presence of her date, husband Judd Apatow. Judd donned a traditional black tuxedo as he accompanied his wife of nearly two decades. The pair stopped by for a quick chat with E! News host Ryan Seacrest. In the interview, they discussed Leslie’s stint as a host for this year’s Sci-Tech Awards. They also talked about celebrating their 20-year anniversary this June.
