Kelly Rowland was spotted with Brandy and Paris Hilton at Katsuya in Los Angeles.
This is probably the oddest trio of celebrities ever seen together. Still, it was worth looking over the weirdness so that I could feature the lovely dress Kelly Rowland wore that evening:

For once, I like how the garment looks on the celebrity over the models. The runway model makes the dress look like a mini with one of those weird handkerchief hemlines, while the other model places the fold detail distractingly between her legs. So, obviously, Kelly Rowland wins it for me on this one. The dress is just the right length for her, the fold detail neatly falls over her thigh, and her black/silver with a splash of gold accessories are spot-on.
