However, Katie Holmes paid no heed to these commuting 101 rules. She was spotted boarding a dingy train at Penn Station in New York wearing a jaw-dropping Prabal Gurung gown.

The Instagram shot that she shared on her account spread like wildfire. Prabal Gurung also shared the same photo of Katie and even identified the dress as the PG red Resort 2015 gown.
The gown features a gorgeous scarlet hue, textured material, and a sweetheart neckline. The actress paired this up with red pumps.
