“I wouldn’t say I was bullied, but I was definitely a bit of an outcast,” she told Parade magazine in an interview in January 2012.

“It was more the kids thinking I thought I was cool. I started homeschooling in fifth grade and I was much happier,” she added.

While Kaley did not get any educational degrees after high school, luckily her 8 Simple Rules co-star Ashley Tisdale invited Kaley to her high school prom.

Skater skirts and A-line dresses are definitely still trending for this season, so this dress is a huge yes for us. We are absolutely loving the mesh back and tier details on the dress, amping up the texture factor on the already busy print.

The cutaway shoulders are emphasized by the black lines that stop at the yoke, balanced out by the gracefully flaring skirt.

Wear this out to brunch or to an afternoon coffee catch-up with the girls. This dress can be found at Bloomingdale’s.
