Cameron Diaz was spotted shooting scenes for her latest comedy flick, The Other Woman, in New York yesterday. The leggy actress sported a figure-hugging frock with a really colorful print. She paired it with white ankle-strap sandals and a white blazer. It was a simple but chic outfit. And while we know it was just for a movie, we couldn’t help but admire the way she looked.

Cameron’s dress sure packs a punch, doesn’t it? It’s bold and bright, and it really catches the eye. Do you like it?
It’s a piece from Altuzarra called the “Bushback” dress. The item uses crepe silk material so it doesn’t stretch, but it is light and easy to wear and, if we might add, quite perfect for the summer weather. The stunning and vibrant Ikat print is probably what makes the dress very unique. If, for some reason, you want to tone it down, you can do what Cameron’s stylist did — top it with a classic cardigan or blazer. You can even wear a white (button-down) shirt over it, and then tie it at the waist for a different look. If you feel that it’s too short, simply wear it with skinny jeans or leggings to turn it into a top.

On a side note, if you find that spending almost $500 on a dress is too unreasonable, you can always try affordable printed tank dresses. Top any of the following frocks with a black or white blazer, and finish with ankle-strap sandals to steal Cameron’s style:
