Not finding it there, I checked at Free People, one of Ashley Tisdale’s favorite brands.
Well, my search didn’t have to go any further than that because I found this Free People ‘Getaway’ dress in the same grey color and with the same cutout back as Ashley Tisdale’s own dress:
